The island nation of Palau has took a big step inwatching and making a home for the endangered shark.The nation has made shark fishing proifited on the island.In the water there isabout 130 species of sharks have passed and made their homes around this island. So the people on the island well marine biglist want to stop kiling sharks and leeting them have a habitat at this island.
*This article was very interesting about this island. Scientist on the island have notice that the sharks population have deacreased so they want to stop shark fishing.
*This article was actually a shocker to me but really interesting.One thing that surprised me was that since this island was so small that they would stop fishing the biggest water animal when it is good food but now they cant fish it.
*The question i have about this article is that why would you stop fishing a dangerous animal in the water cause if tourist of islanders want to swim they would probally be scared to cause of sharks so why stop fishing them?
