Europe is now attempting to go green. They are building a massive energy grid for renewable energy in Europe. They will be using thousands of undersea high-tech cables that will join together British wind power with Dutch and Belgian power. That is to ensure that if one grid fails or shuts off another one is there to take the place of it so energy is not lost. They are also experimenting with other resources. The IV is the resource that they are doing. And the DV is the amount of energy that comes from the new resource.
