Buddy, Can You Spare a Banana? Study Finds That Bonobos Share Like Humans

The Independent variable in this article is the monkeys sharing their food. The Dependent variable is how much they share. The conclusion reached in this experiment is that the monkeys, or bonobos, would rather share highly desirable food then eat it all themselves. I think this was a very good expirement it proves the monkeys are very much like humans and are willing to share there food with there fellow monkey friends! This expirement could be improved by having more trials because maybe not all of the 'bonobos' are the same. Just like not all humans are the same. some have different attitudes so no way would they share their delisious meal! For the follow-up expirement they should get more bonobos and be test it again, or have other types of monkeys be tested to see if all monkeys like to share.
